- How do I get files from my phone?
- Open duh.gg on your phone, sign in, tap +, and pick photos or videos. They appear on your computer as soon as each one finishes.
- What does “Save from link” save?
- It is built for public Instagram photos, carousels, Reels and videos, and public Facebook videos. So far only public Instagram photo posts have been tested end to end; Settings, Saving from links shows which kinds are tested. Stories, Highlights and profile pictures need the server to have an Instagram session. Choose “Audio only” to keep just the sound of a Reel.
- Can I save private posts?
- No. Only public posts are ever saved.
- I forgot my password.
- Use Get back in with your password hints or your recovery key. Nothing is lost.
- Where did a hidden file go?
- Open Hidden in the sidebar and enter your password. Hidden items stay out of every other view and search.
- How do I lock quickly?
- Press Ctrl+Shift+L (Cmd+Shift+L on Mac), or use Lock now at the bottom of the sidebar.
